Who are we: Tokin coin started in September of 2021, under the umbrella company Crypto Worth, LLC. (registered with NY State) It was founded by a few Army Veterans.

Our MISSION: Cannabis is legal in certain states, but illegal on the federal level, so banks will not issue loans to dispensaries. To fill that gap, Tokin Coin (TOKN) was created to provide a transactional relationship between Dispensaries, and Cannabis Retailers to its customers.

Veterans PTSD and Cannabis Research Project: Two of Tokin Coins (TOKN) founders are Disabled Veterans. Their road to recovery and their experience with the VA (Veteran Affairs) was difficult and a cluster F—k. So part of the project is to use a percentage of the proceeds to go towards funding the research on how Cannabis can help Veterans that have PTSD. There is more to come…
